All standard release products are available in two sizes: 750 ml and 100 ml bottles. They are for sale at our Libation Lab (tasting room). Customers can order ahead online for pick-up, but we currently do not ship or deliver.

VODKA [80 proof]: Distilled from 100% corn and handcrafted in small batches for a clean, refreshing taste.

OOLONG VODKA [80 proof]: Our first vodka variation! We took our clean and subtle vodka and turned it 180 degrees by infusing it with rich, dark oolong tea to create a bold and complex flavor.

ORANGE VODKA [80 proof]:  We added a twist to our clean and subtle vodka by infusing it with four different types of oranges for a bright and refreshing profile.

GIN [80 proof]: Our new world-style gin is an alchemistic creation that harmonizes aromatic, hand-crushed juniper with bright, citrus-forward botanicals.

GIN (BARREL-FINISHED) [80 proof]: When our new world gin bonds with old world used bourbon barrels, a “phenol-menal” transformation occurs that produces a fusion of flavors.

GIN (CUCUMBER-INSPIRED) [80 proof]: Our first experimental pivot from our flagship gin. This new world-style gin is an alchemistic creation that harmonizes aromatic juniper with bright, fresh melon and cucumber. 

RUM (BARREL-AGED) [96 proof]: Distilled from molasses and brown sugar, this rum was aged in new charred oak barrels (like a bourbon) for no less than 4 years, creating notes of caramel and dark chocolate.

SPICED RUM [90 proof]: Made with rum distilled from blackstrap molasses and brown sugar and aged in new charred oak barrels for over 4 years. This rum was then infused with spices and molasses to create something exponentially delicious!

BOURBON WHISKEY: Mash bill is 75% corn, 20% rye, and 5% malted barley. Our unique blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged almost 7 years in new charred oak barrels. We harvest two barrels at a time and create two unique blend batches to show our customers how blend ratio and proof can impact the profile of a whiskey. It's fun to do a side-by-side comparison of sibling batches! 

SOLUTION #16 [60 proof]: This is the first of our experimental line of liqueurs. Inspired by Amaro, Campari, and Chinese five-spice, this bitter liqueur is a yin yang fusion of 18 botanicals.
