The "Back to School Night on E/ Main St" continues until Sun 9/7! If you missed the $100 gift card raffle, you could still win one of four $25 gift cards if you complete your report card by Sun 9/7 9 PM. So, continue to sip, savor, and shop your way around town. Have a bite and/or drink at participating businesses and do a little shopping before, after, or in between. Big thanks to KOHN CREATIVE for being our "Central Office" printing partner. Visit all the “core courses” (and any "extra credit") by Sun 9/7, get your "report card" stamped, and enter a raffle for one of four $25 gift cards. For every completed report card submitted, Hey Westminster will donate $10 (up to $1000) to offset student meal debt at local public schools.
It is a progressive meal concept (with a shopping passport) where customers move from one business to another, enjoying a different course or drink at each stop and getting credit for it (see why we picked a school theme). This event kicked off on Wed 9/3 and continues until Sun 9/7.
This event started on Wed 9/3/2025 as part of Westminster Wednesday and continues through Sun 9/7/2025.
If you complete all the “core courses” (+ any "extra credit") and submit your report card by Wed 9/3 9 PM, you will be entered in the grand prize raffle for a $100 gift card bundle. If you need an extension, submit your report card by Sun 9/7 9 PM and enter a raffle to win a $25 gift card (multiple winners). NOTE: not all the businesses are open on Sunday, so plan accordingly!
This event is focused on a cluster of food/beverage businesses on E. Main St (Westminster, MD), with the addition of a few retail partners too. The "CORE COURSES" are:
Collision Course -- Take a CRASH COURSE in humanities
Covalent Spirits -- Experiment at the SCIENCE LAB
City Park Gaming and Brew Room (CPGB) -- Play PARK GAMES during recess
Liquid Library -- Study hard at the LIBRARY
If you want "EXTRA CREDIT," visit our retail partners for books and supplies -- Rudolph Girls Books, Cultivated, and East Main Antiques & Furnishings
Hey Westminster is our philanthropy partner. For every completed report card submitted, they will donate $10 (up to $1000) to offset student meal debt at local public schools.
Similar to a "shopping passport" or a "pub crawl passport," you will get a stamp for every participating business you visit (and make a purchase). A completed report card means you have visited all four "core courses" businesses, and they stamped your report card. You have the OPTION to also complete "extra credit" at our retail partners. For each one you visit, you will get one additional raffle entry. For example, if your report card has stamps from:
Report cards will be available on 9/3 at the four "core courses" businesses. A limited number will be available at the "extra credit" retail businesses.
You can submit your report card to any of the 7 "core courses" or "extra credit" participating businesses.
No! While the "report card" will list them in alphabetical order, you can visit them in whatever order you want (like designing your own class schedule).
Maybe...each participating business will decide what they want to offer that day. Please check their websites and social media pages for more info.
Target raffle drawing date is "as soon as we can"! We will contact you if you win. Make sure your name and contact info are legible on your report card.
For report cards submitted on Wed 9/3 -- grand prize raffle for a $100 gift card bundle ($25 gift card to each of the four "core courses" businesses).
For report cards submitted on Thu 9/4-Sun 9/7 -- $25 gift card to one of the participating businesses (multiple winners). Wednesday's submissions will be rolled into this raffle too.
While this is a lighthearted and fun event, we also want to take this opportunity to help our community. For every completed report card submitted (9/3-9/7), Hey Westminster will donate $10 (up to $1000) to offset student meal debt at a Carroll Co. public school. Any student who needs a meal at school can get one, regardless of their family's ability to pay. CCPS collects donations to help students pay for their meals. The donors remain anonymous.
Yes! Please email Hey Westminster for more information.
