"Route 64" Bourbon Road Trip
In 1964, bourbon was designated by Congress as a distinctive American spirit. Bourbon can be made anywhere in the US. Journey cross-country on Whisk(e)y Labs' “Route 64” for a bourbon road trip where we stop, sniff, swirl, and sip bourbons from various parts of the US in a side-by-side comparison. While we charted a route that passes through several cities well-known for distilleries, you decide which cities you want to “visit” by selecting a bourbon from that area for your tasting flight. You can stop at all or skip a few. Because we can't convene to do our usual in-person gathering, we have redesigned the tasting to be a virtual event with a map, tasting flight place mats, form to submit what your tasted, and a Zoom session to compare notes. Rest Stop!

Build Your Tasting Flight
We marked 7 cities to visit along Route 64 (with an 8th stop that is your choice). We love side-by-side tastings. This is a great opportunity to explore nuances in bourbon from different regions. The tasting flight place mats can be a guide. Select a bourbon distilled and/or bottled in the following cities (or near these cities). Be sure to let us know what you selected!
